HO'OPULAMA

Hawai’i Wildlife Center is a conservation organization that rescues, rehabilitates, and releases sick and injured native wildlife. The challenge the Center assigned to Gyroscope was to develop a set of exhibits that would satisfy visitors’ curiosity about the facility and its mission without disturbing the animals under care.   The courtyard exhibits we designed introduce the animals through art and photography, while offering visitors a chance to participate in the life of the Center through activities that simulate animal care, feeding, diagnosis and treatment.  The goal:  to encourage visitors to support the Center in its vital effort to conserve Hawai’I’s endangered native species.
