Maria Mortati   Maria Mortati is an Senior Exhibit Developer at Gyroscope. Maria's specialty is in designing intelligent and fun visitor experiences. Maria takes projects from concept through the development of individual exhibits. Beneath her approach lies a keen advocacy for the audience and a voracious curiosity. Maria's work at Gyroscope includes project lead for the Fort Collins Museum and Discovery Science Center, exhibit design for the Bishop Museum, The Chicago Childrens Museum, The San Francisco Zoo, and The Leonardo at Library Square. Prior to joining Gyroscope Maria was the Exhibit Developer for an NSF-funded project called "Outdoor Exploratorium: Experiments in Noticing", and worked on the Las Vegas Springs Preserve. Her work has been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, and exhibited at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Her education includes a B.F.A. in Studio Art from the University of Colorado, and an M.F.A. in Design from Stanford University.

Scott Moulton   Scott Moulton, LEED® AP, Gyroscope Exhibit Designer, approaches design with a sensibility shaped by his architectural background and hands on experience designing and building furniture. Scott co-founded Union Studio in 1995, shortly after graduating from UC Berkeley with a degree in Architecture. His work there included architectural design, site-specific furniture, and a limited production furniture line. He was honored when a piece of his furniture was acquired by the SFMOMA to be part of their permanent collection and his work has been featured in magazines including Interior Design, Abitare, Metropolitan Home, Dwell and the SF Examiner Magazine. Scott has also been a Senior Lecturer in the furniture department at the California College of the Arts.

Scott was responsible for exhibit design from conceptual development through construction documents for the Leonardo in Salt Lake City and the Imaginarium of South Texas.

Terah Gonzalez   Terah Gonzalez joined Gyroscope in the role of Administrative Assistant. Terah recently moved to the Bay area and is studying for her Masters in Museum Studies from John F. Kennedy University in Berkeley, CA. Her experience prior to Gyroscope includes an internship at the J. Paul Getty Museum. Terah continued at the Getty as a consultant to the Museum Education department, at which time she contributed to Art & Science: A Curriculum for K-12 Teachers. Terah holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Education from California State University, Long Beach.
